We hope that you love everything you purchase from Ivy Brook Place. Items that are custom are nonreturnable, unless it is the error of IBP.  Please make sure that all monograms are correct when purchasing.  All items will be engraved in the order listed when you place an order.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
